由于没有营业执照，这些黑网吧接纳了不少夜不归宿的未成年人，客人进门无需出示身份证，而且执法人员还在电脑中还发现了数百部的色情电影。警方表示由于流动人口较多，城乡结合部黑网吧难以清除。目前该黑网吧已被相关执法人员查处。
