上午9点半左右，正在自习的她接到了一个未知号码的来电，对方自称济南市医保总局，并称，5月20日这天小雨用身份证在上海办了医保卡，通过伪造病历，骗取了上海市某医院19870元的医保金。对方称，医院已经将钱打到了小雨在上海兴业银行的卡上。
听到这一消息，小雨的第一反应就是自己从未去过上海，也没有兴业银行的银行卡。“当时第一个想法就是报警。”小雨说。

随后，刘队长要求小雨找一家工商银行的ATM机。小雨便赶往文化西路东头的工商银行。在此期间，刘队长不停讲述案情，小雨则完全慌了神。
刘队长要求小雨到银行门口50米距离时，跟他汇报，并称将联系银监局的一个主任，帮忙把小雨的银行卡进行加密。
在银行门口外，挂断刘队长的电话后，银监局的“丁主任”便打了进来。事到如今，小雨已经深信不疑。她按照“丁主任”的要求，将银行卡插到了ATM机上。小雨一直认为，钱在自己卡上，就还是自己的。“丁主任”说加密之后24小时内不能对账户进行操作，不过一周之后钱便可以使用了。

陷连环骗局又借同学2万
