河南沁阳原书记魏新洪一审获刑13年 当庭表示上诉

　　大河客户端9月2日消息，记者当天从河南省焦作市中级人民法院了解到，该院依法对被告人原河南省沁阳市委书记魏新洪受贿一案进行宣判，认定魏新洪犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十三年，并处罚金人民币300万元。

　　2016年6月6日，焦作市中级人民法院依法对魏新洪受贿一案进行立案。开庭前，鉴于该案社会影响重大，证据材料较多，法庭组织控辩双方召开庭前会议，就管辖、回避、庭审方式、是否申请非法证据排除等审判相关的问题听取了控辩双方的意见。6月21日公开开庭审理该案。

　　经法院审理查明：魏新洪受贿犯罪共计74起，收受或索取财物总计950.4万元人民币、2万美元和1万元购物卡。其中：利用职务上的便利，收受或索取公司、企业负责人27人贿赂27起，合计各种财物694.5万人民币、1万美元和1万元购物卡，为他人在房地产开发、企业经营、征用土地方面谋取利益;收受下属47人贿赂47起，合计各种财物271万人民币、1万美元，为他们在日常工作和岗位调整等方面谋取利益。

　　焦作市中级人民法院经审理认为，被告人魏新洪利用担任沁阳市人民政府市长、中共沁阳市市委书记的职务便利，多次非法收取他人财物，为他人谋取利益，数额特别巨大，其行为已构成受贿罪。鉴于案发后能如实供述自己的罪行，根据魏新洪犯罪的事实、性质、情节和对社会的危害程度，法院依法作出上述判决。

　　宣判后，魏新洪表示上诉。

　　魏新洪，男，1965年5月3日出生，汉族，硕士研究生学历，中共党员，2009年1月任沁阳市人民政府副市长、代理市长，2009年3月任沁阳市人民政府市长，2013年5月任中共沁阳市委书记。
