　　山东24小时济南9月2日讯 今天下午，大众网记者从济南市中级人民法院获悉，社会舆论高度关注的“济南中建文化城母婴被杀案”在济南中院一审宣判，被告人孙涛犯抢劫罪、故意杀人罪被判处死刑。

　　据济南中院微信公众号通报，被告人孙涛与被害人王桂彬（女，殁年36岁），均系济南市历下区中建文化城9号楼的住户，但二人素不相识。孙涛案发前生活拮 据。2016年1月8日9时许，孙涛携带单刃刀1把，意欲在其租住9号楼的1单元内，随机选取住户实施盗窃或抢劫作案。当其窜至2805号被害人王桂彬家 门时，先后以查燃气、回访、送赠品等名义，三次敲门进入王桂彬家中进行观察，并伺机作案。后其第四次敲开王桂彬家，闯入房内，并采取扼颈、捆绑等暴力手 段，从被害人王桂彬处当场劫取现金300元及黑曜石项链、翡翠手镯各一件，抢劫财物价值共计1525.19元。

　　被告人孙涛劫取财物后，为防止被害人王桂彬打电话报警，先是迫使对方交出手机，取出手机卡，后又用被害人家中的胶带再次对王桂彬进行捆绑，并让王桂彬 抱着次女柏某某（殁年1岁）返回卧室。后孙涛仍怀疑王桂彬可能用其他手机打电话报警，当其听闻王桂彬的声音后，又推门闯入卧室内质问对方报警没有。

　　孙涛听到王桂彬说：“钱都给你了，你这是干吗，有完没完？”，恼羞成怒，遂掏出携带的单刃刀对王桂彬进行捅刺。王桂彬放下柏某某后，与孙涛进行搏斗。 期间，孙涛又持刀对王桂彬的胸腹部、躯干部等处捅刺十余刀，后王桂彬趴倒在地，因肝脏破裂、颈项部等处多发软组织创口致失血性休克死亡。

　　被害人柏某某哭喊着，趴到其母亲王桂彬身上，孙涛因害怕孩子哭声惊动邻居，遂持刀猛捅柏某某背部4、5刀。柏某某因遭单刃锐器捅刺导致肝脏、门静脉破 裂失血性休克死亡。作案后，被告人孙涛简单清理了作案现场，携带作案工具单刃刀、胶带以及劫得的现金、吊坠、手镯等物品逃离。

　　2016年1月9日，被告人孙涛向其父母谎称去房管局办理过户手续，并逃离济南市。同年1月11日23时许，公安机关在北京市朝阳区大武基路金辉小区东楼A-027室将孙涛抓获归案。

　　济南中院认为被告人孙涛以非法占有为目的，采取暴力手段，入户劫取他人财物，并故意非法剥夺他人生命，致二人死亡，公诉机关指控被告人孙涛的行为构成抢劫罪、故意杀人罪均成立。判决如下：

　　一、被告人孙涛犯故意杀人罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，犯抢劫罪，判处有期徒刑十年，并处罚金人民币五千元；决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处罚金人民币五千元（限本判决生效后十日内缴纳）。

　　二、被告人孙涛赔偿附带民事诉讼原告人王秀朋、李兆美、柏伟林、柏韵青经济损失（交通费2000元、误工费6000元、丧葬费52460元）共计人民币60460元（于本判决生效后十日内支付）。（大众网-山东24小时客户端记者 王磊）
