新京报此前曾报道，今年高招期间，山东胶州考生常升原本在志愿填报系统报考了陕西师范大学的免费师范生，直到放榜时才发现，其志愿变成了鲁东大学，且并未被该校录取。 警方调查结果显示，常升的同班同学郭某有重大嫌疑。随后，郭某也向警方承认，自己窃取了常升的系统账号及密码，私自登录其志愿填报账号，并篡改了志愿。
3日下午，胶州警方通过其官微发布情况通报称，“郭某涉嫌违法犯罪，依法对其采取强制措施”。
今天下午，新京报记者从胶州警方获悉，目前，警方已经以涉嫌破坏计算机信息系统罪，提请逮捕郭某，目前在等待检察机关批复。
