IT资讯讯 9月2日消息，今天下午，三星电子召开了新闻发布会，三星移动部门总裁高东真对三星Note7电池爆炸事件进行了公开道歉，并正式宣布了全球范围内的Galaxy Note7召回计划，而不只是韩国。
高东真表示，此前几部Galaxy Note 7在充电时出现了爆炸的情况，爆炸的原因经过调查是电池芯存在缺陷。有问题的三星Note7手机不到已售产品总量的0.1%，存在的问题可能只是通过更换电池就能解决，但三星依然会为消费者给出满意可行的解决方案，重要的是要让消费者的安全得到保障，三星不希望让忠实的消费者感到失望。
三星表示，目前全球已售出250万部Galaxy Note 7，全部召回，共接到35起爆炸报告，但总共有多少爆炸事故不得而知，同时，目前三星总部也正在对该事件展开调查。
同时，三星表示，韩国用户可以从9月19日起更换新手机。至于中国，由于没有采用问题供应商提供的电池，因此Note7依然会在中国正常发售。已购机或准备入手的用户可以耐心等等，理论上已购买未发货的都会是新版。关于本次全球召回计划的详情，三星并没有透露。
三星电子股价周四下跌2%，其电池供应商Samsung SDI股价则下跌6.1%。
