　　广西新闻网-当代生活报讯（记者 卢盈） 今年8月28日上午10时左右，广西超大运输集团有限责任公司一辆营运客车在途经G80广昆高速坛洛往石埠方向K590（那莫大桥附近2公里）时发生翻车事故，造成包括驾驶员在内11人遇难，31人受伤。那么事故原因如何？9月2日，2016年全区第三次道路交通安全工作联席会议上记者获悉，8·28事故的原因已经查明！系司机突发疾病陷入昏迷，导致车辆失控引发事故。

　　据自治区政府8月29日上午召开的事故情况汇报会介绍和现场回放事故前车载视频的监控录像，在事故发生前2-3分钟，驾驶人玉大现明显出现呼吸急促困难等症状，并很快陷入昏迷，失去自主驾驶和操控车辆能力。虽然经车上有关人员紧急施救，但最终仍导致车辆失控，侧翻后冲出护栏、翻入边沟，造成事故发生。

　　经调查发现，事故客车从百色市城东客运中心发班出站时，车上无乘客旅客，至事故发生时实载42人（乘客40人）。据初步了解，客车途经田阳、田东、平果等地均无进站配客记录，车上乘客均是沿途上车。

　　事故发生前，客车所属运输企业的车辆动态监控系统显示该车车载卫星定位终端工作正常，所记录的行驶轨迹完整，车内配置的4路视频监控设备也正常工作。经初步核查，该企业监控平台服务商的服务器因受到大量的网络攻击，导致事故车辆相关动态数据未能上传至自治区行业监控管理平台和全国重点营运车辆联网联控系统。

　　另外，据回放事故前车载视频的监控录像显示，当驾驶员出现异常时，很多乘客都站起来观察车头人员施救，至事故发生时许多乘客已解开了安全带，导致事故伤亡较大。

　　此外，截至8月31日，全区发生涉及人员死亡的道路运输行车事故142起、死亡191人，同比分别下降1.39%、6.83%。从统计数字看，今年以来全区道路运输安全情况总体保持平稳，较大事故得到一定程度遏制，但货车和公交车事故有较大幅度上升。

　　会议要求各地各部门深刻吸取“8·28”重大交通事故教训，举一反三，强化企业安全生产主体责任，强化车辆动态监管，加大执法力度严格执法检查，严肃事故查处，加强值守，及时妥善处置各类突发事件，确保全区道路交通安全形势平稳。
