2016年6月1日，常州市中级法院改判被告人丁鑫犯贪污罪，判处有期徒刑八年，并处罚金60万元;犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金90万元;两罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑十三年，并处没收个人财产150万元。
