王健林为什么敢这么说?

迪士尼高昂的成本是王健林的第一个信心来源,他认为如此高昂的成本,维持财务平衡的唯一方法就是提高价格,但是提高价格会带来大量的用户流失,造成上海迪士尼开园时不少网友吐槽票价贵的情况。

王健林说:“迪士尼成本太高,同样面积的纯室外乐园,我们的成本大概是迪士尼的1/8、1/9,他们的建造成本是我们的9倍、10倍,管理成本至少是我们的5倍。”

加上今年6月开园的上海迪士尼,迪士尼海外主题乐园共四家。2015年除日本东京迪士尼盈利52.4亿人民币之外,另外两家都处于亏损状态

对于这一点,王健林表示,东京迪士尼是投资公司,他只是用迪士尼的牌子,每年交钱,但是迪士尼不参与运营,也不参与其它分成。所以,东京迪士尼其实不是迪士尼,其实只是用了迪士尼的牌子,叫“特许经营”,所以东京迪士尼开园就盈利一直到现在。而上海迪士尼依旧采用的是迪士尼参与经营的模式,并且还有一点,用王健林的话就是“因为它不相信中国人,一个园听说来了一千多老外。”

迪士尼乐园选择一线城市上海,而万达城大多集中二、三线城市,王健林认为,在二三线城市经过长期布局、已占据很大的市场份额,并且万达已具有较大的体量。在这一点上,万达城将当地居民作为主要客群,并且还能吸引国际客群。

其次在交通问题上,上海或许存在一点优势,但无锡迪士尼无锡居于上海、南京、杭州的等边三角中心,都是30分钟到35分钟。王健林认为在这个问题上,很难说究竟谁更有优势了。

上海迪士尼盈不盈利不取决于万达

我们看一个数据,2015整个财年,迪士尼总收入约合人民币3457.6亿元人民币,净利润约合583.37亿元美元。规模超过中国三大互联网巨头腾讯、阿里和百度总收入之和。

其实迪士尼乐园并不是主要收入来源,其盈利仍然来自整个文化产业链,不断从核心IP中掘金。

电视、电影、主题公园、衍生品、游戏是迪士尼营收的五大板块。如上海迪士尼乐园只是其中的一小部分而已。除主题公园以外,今年迪士尼在中国市场的电影引入、本土动画创作、消费品合作、实体商店拓展以及游戏开发等各个方面,都在加快脚步。

在打造IP的模式上,从定位、创意到推广再到管理,迪士尼都有一整套自己的产业链。近10年来,迪士尼通过并购,已经拥有了皮克斯、漫威以及星战等一系列新的公司和IP所有权。在迪士尼的体系中,已经建立了传统的迪士尼世界、漫威、星战、皮克斯等更多的内容世界。

去年春季档,迪士尼推出四部全球票房超7亿美元的电影:《疯狂动物城》、《奇幻森林》、《美国队长3》、《死侍》。整个影视娱乐部门的收入也因此上涨了22%,并且保持了持续不断的热度。通过这样的方式,将电影的经典形象复制到乐园中,线上线下两个渠道,共同助推了迪士尼IP的崛起。

对于迪士尼来说,其商业模式的核心是迪士尼乐园,但经过一个世纪的发展,早就将核心转变为品牌。迪士尼通过动漫、电影传递文化含义和情怀,其后的商业模式环环相扣,从票房、衍生品等等领域获得营收,而迪士尼乐园的建立,更是给这些文化以及情怀带来反哺的作用,本质上,迪士尼乐园是对迪士尼文化的一种输出和传播。

让迪士尼不盈利根本就是伪命题

笔者认为,看似是国内外主题公园的竞争,但实际上万达与迪士尼做的事情是完全不同的。

众所周知,万达是以房地产起家,南昌万达城总投资400亿元,其中文化旅游项目投资为210亿元,文化旅游包括大型舞台秀、电影乐园、度假酒店与酒吧等等。那剩下的呢?自然还是老本行,房地产。

这点其实不难想通,本来就是做房地产,自然在这方面有很大的优势。并且主题乐园在很大程度上影响到周边房地产的发展,而上海迪士尼也很好的证明了这一点。政府十分重视迪士尼乐园的开发,自然周围的基础设施也不断完善,那么随之而来的就是大量的用户,房价自然水涨船高。这次王健林成功的将这个套路用在万达广场上,通过房地产的营收拿回成本,白白的赚到了一个主题乐园。

为什么说是伪命题呢?第一,两者的核心不同,迪士尼做的是文化产业,而万达的核心是房地产。第二,消费的用户不一样,迪士尼的消费人群是富有情怀的“文艺青年”,而万达的消费人群显得更为广泛

迪士尼盈不盈利我不敢说,但是岳父放的这波大招,确实让人觉得那“一个亿”对他来说,嗯,是个小目标!
