西子宾馆（资料图） 毫无疑问，G20峰会在杭州召开，招待各国领导人的国宴将主打精致的杭帮菜。今年4月，杭州市有关部门以迎接G20峰会为契机，在中国杭帮菜博物馆举办了杭帮菜菜品及服务技能大赛。其中最引人注目的，是大赛推选出了20道最具杭州特色的菜点，包括16道菜肴与4道点心。
这些菜点大多是杭州历史名菜，但又融入了一些新的烹调技巧，显得更有时代气息。大厨们说，他们已经做好了准备，要让外国朋友忘不掉杭州的美好滋味。这些经典的杭帮菜都有啥呢？

据了解，G20国宴所用的“西湖盛宴”餐具设计团队来自上海，其设计创作灵感来源于水和自然景观。整套餐瓷体现出“西湖元素、杭州特色、江南韵味、中国气派、世界大国”的G20国宴布置基调。
国宴餐具的图案，采用富有传统文化审美元素的“青绿山水”工笔带写意的笔触创造，布局含蓄谨严，意境清新。
所有图案设计均取自西湖实景。比如茶和咖啡瓷器用具系列，设计灵感来源于西湖的荷花、莲蓬造型，壶盖提揪酷似水滴。
漫步西子湖畔，最让人难忘的那些大大小小的桥。本届G20峰会会标图案用20根线条，描绘出一个桥型轮廓。桥，在这套国宴餐具中不仅体现在图案上，在器具的造型上，也融入了桥的元素。
冷菜拼盘半球形的尊顶盖提揪设计源自于西湖十景之一的三潭印月。提揪高5.5厘米，为了真实还原三潭印月的造型，工匠们需要在直径1.5厘米的提揪上刻出6个0.3厘米的窗户。尊顶盖上半部图案创意则来源于“满陇桂雨”，以杭州市花桂花与江南翠竹自然相互依偎展开。
汤盅采用双层恒温方式，确保热汤能保持温度。汤盅的外形设计灵感来源于海上丝绸之路的宝船，汤盅盖的提揪则是简约的桥孔造型。
