　　人人不一定实现“小目标”，可“人人都是慈善家”。

　　继“小目标”爆红之后，王健林的慈善金句又将迎来一波刷屏：9月5日，首个“中华慈善日”，王健林为中国慈善联合会发起的“中国慈善总动员”活动录制视频。

　　在视频里，王健林说出了自己的慈善理想：“人人都是慈善家。”

　　这支视频，将会通过100家媒体、1000家慈善组织和1万家社区，通过地铁广告、机场广告、视频网站、微博微信、社区海报等形式，打造一场“中国慈善总动员”。

　　参与录制视频的共有四人，李连杰、牛根生、杨澜和王健林。不难看出，王健林是唯一来自商界的代表。

　　慈善，已经成为王健林身上最著名的标签。

　　就在4天前，王健林第四次获“中华慈善奖”。中华慈善奖是中国慈善事业领域的最高政府奖，自2005年设立以来颁发9届，其中两届由国家最高领导人颁发奖项。王健林和他的万达集团八次获奖，是获中华慈善奖次数最多的企业。

　　八次获奖背后，是王健林构建的一个“慈善王国”：

　　组织健全，一个超过13万人的自有义工组织，全球超过1000家义工站，每人每年至少做一次义工；出手豪阔，累计捐赠金额超过50亿元；多 元领域，包括救灾扶贫、大学生创业、青少年足球发展等；思路创新，14亿元扶贫贵州丹寨县，直接普惠农民，力争整县脱贫，被中国国务院扶贫办主任刘永富称为 “中国扶贫模式的创新之举”。

　　《中国慈善家》杂志则直接称呼王健林为“首善王”。

　　如同毫不讳言对财富的追求一样，对慈善的梦想，王健林没有丝毫矫饰。“我想成为一个大慈善家，首先成为中国最大的慈善家，然后成为世界级慈善家。”他说。

　　“慈善是对我个人的一种完善”

　　在商业领域，王健林曾经反复提到要把万达发展成像微软和沃尔玛那样的世界一流公司。经过28年的发展，王健林已经率领万达进入世界500强，将万达打造成国际知名品牌，自己也成为世界级管理大师。

　　在公益慈善领域，王健林最为欣赏的则是比尔·盖茨。王健林评价说：“他在那么高的位置急流勇退，（成立基金）专心做慈善，亲力亲为。”

　　凡学问者，皆有术、法、道三大层次。据此来看王健林的世界级慈善领袖之路，其慈善价值观的变化清晰可见。

　　像每一位乐善好施者一样，捐赠是王健林慈善之路的开始。伴随万达广场在全国的布局扩张，每到一个城市开发万达广场或者商业项目，万达总要捐出一笔钱或者捐赠学校。

　　经过十多年的简单捐赠之后，王健林的慈善观念发生了变化。他逐步认识到慈善是一个系统、完整的事业，扶贫助残仅是其中一部分，如何感染更多人、让更多人自觉参与其中，则更有意义。而这需要一个完备的组织。

　　正是基于此，王健林强化了“万达义工”的作用。万达正式规定，只要加入万达，必须承诺成为“万达义工”一员，且每年至少参加一次义工活动，如果不接受这一条，万达不予录用。

　　至今，万达义工——这个成立于1994年的全国第一家义工组织，拥有超过13万人，以自己的实际行动感染者更多人投身到慈善中来。

　　一个故事被王健林反复提及：在大连，一个万达女员工到孤儿学校做老师，可学校经常换地方，为了坚持志愿教师的责任，女员工也随之多次搬家。 大家并不知道她的这种做法，后来被其同事在演讲中提了出来。这无疑是“万达义工”精神的集中体现，女员工得到全公司通报表扬，直接晋升两级工资。

　　正如美国作家梭罗所说“德行善举是唯一不败的投资”，王健林相信“慈善是对万达自身的一种完善，对我个人的一种完善。”

　　另一种“伟大”

　　2014年6月，王健林在接受媒体专访时谈到，“2020年正式退休之后，不排除我去承包一个贫困县，专门进行扶贫。”

　　既不是简单捐款，也不是单纯投资建厂，王健林选择了建立职业技术学院、兴建旅游小镇和成立一支扶贫基金。这实现了他设计的扶贫思路的三个结合：长期与短期结合，产业与教育结合，提高人均收入与整体脱贫结合。

　　王健林说，丹寨扶贫是万达一次全新尝试，希望通过我们的努力探索，为全国企业开展扶贫工作提供示范案例，唤起全国更多的大型企业开展扶贫。

　　王健林的丹寨扶贫被舆论视为“企业家精神”的体现。中国社会科学院学部委员金碚评论说：这已经不是为追求自己的利益，而是致力于解决社会问 题，即它们在主观上是为了实现社会公益性目的，但所采用的是具有企业创新精神的方式，即以企业家创新的方式来实现社会利益目标。

　　“这可能是全世界最优秀、最卓越的企业家才能做好的事情。成功的社会企业和社会企业家是现代工业文明的突出标志之一。”金碚写道。

　　丹寨扶贫，仅仅是王健林慈善之路的又一个新开始。即将成立的王健林基金会，则是他的慈善“大目标”。

　　随着万达商业和万达院线的上市，王健林已经成为中国首富和世界华人首富，其财富是庞大而惊人的。他承诺捐出90%的个人财富来建立王健林基金会，这会让王健林基金会达到千亿元量级，超越李嘉诚基金会、超越比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金会。

　　可以确定的是，王健林基金会一旦成立，将是第一个具有世界超一流影响力的中国基金会，而王健林将实现世界级慈善领袖的梦想。

　　“我没有比尔·盖茨那么伟大，把所有的钱都捐出来，除了留两百万美元给孩子。我觉得这不符合中国的传统，没有必要。为什么我还要留一部分给孩子呢？不光是让他生活得更好，还要给他留一部分做创业的基础。”王健林说。

　　无疑，这是另一种“中国式”伟大。
