IT资讯讯 9月2日，蚂蚁金服与百胜中国达成资本协议之后，肯德基以及必胜客成为了事实上的阿里系餐厅，除此之外，另外一个全球快餐连锁麦当劳也传出被中国企业收购的消息，据路透社报道，近日有消息人士指出中信集团与美国私募股权公司凯雷集团（Carlyle），联手出价竞购麦当劳于中国及香港业务，涉资20至30亿美元。

消息人士表示，麦当劳已聘请美国著名投行摩根士丹利安排出售中国、香港及韩国约2800间经营店铺，而中信与凯雷只对中国内地以及香港业务出价竞购，占出售总数的85%以上。麦当劳在几个月之前已经获得多个竞价，除了中信之外，北京首旅集团与江苏三胞集团也在竞购序列。

与蚂蚁金服相同的是，中信集团在金融方面也有深厚底蕴，旗下中信银行在信托、金融、实业等方面有所耕耘，据悉本次与美国私募基金凯雷联手竞购也是为增加其胜算，凯雷在多个领域拥有深厚管理经验。

截至目前，麦当劳与中信集团等竞购者尚未对此作出回应。
