“像违章停车的，200元罚款能管多久？1小时？还是2小时？”一位市民以违章停车为例对记者表示，交警不可能时刻都围着骑平衡车的人转，罚款罚完了，人家换个地方还是照样骑。
买得起平衡车的还在乎这10块钱吗？记者在街采时发现，不仅市民也对“10元罚款”存在看法，交警同样也有顾虑。
