成本增加月饼生产企业为何未大幅涨价？
一名月饼企业负责人透露，今年以来，食用植物油、白砂糖、果仁等原材料价格与人工成本出现上涨，导致月饼成本增加。
“白糖价格呈现震荡上涨的趋势”，卓创资讯分析师孙悦表示，以广西糖为例，8月出厂均价为5870元/吨，较去年同期上涨15%。
卓创资讯分析师李文倩说，受今年上半年花生价格上涨影响，目前厂家压榨一级花生油较去年同期上涨约1000元/吨，同比涨幅7.41%左右。
虽然成本有所增加，但部分企业并未大幅提高月饼价格。
郭亚萍说，稻香村有产品价格管理策略和流程方法，当原辅料价格波动幅度超过成本的一定比例时才会进行调价。月饼原辅料成本虽有所增加，但尚未达到规定比例，所以今年价格保持基本不变。
中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会在报告中指出，预计今年尽管有部分原辅料价格上涨，人工成本增加，但月饼零售市场的销售价格基本与去年持平或略有增长。
报告称，月饼行业在2013和2014年出现持续下滑的情况下，多数企业对自身的产品结构做出了优化和调整，保证了合理利润，价格也更趋合理和大众化。
