据称，三星召回并为用户更换新机，预计将耗资1200亿韩元。而受此事件影响，预计三星三季度的营业利润将减少4000亿韩元，四季度减少3000亿韩元。

与上述报道类似，《彭博社》则给出了不同的数字，据称Galaxy Note7机型目前已经售出了250万部，而三星的这一召回决定将至少耗资10亿美元。
