中国将研制超大直径运载火箭 满足火星探索任务|重型火箭_新闻资讯

  为满足未来任务需求,中国将研制箭体直径达10米、起飞质量达3000吨的重型运载火箭,其结构尺寸和起飞质量均将突破中国现有运载火箭能力水平。


  应对重型运载火箭超大直径箭体结构制造带来的巨大挑战,8月26日至27日,中国运载火箭技术研究院(以下简称“火箭院”)联合哈尔滨工业大学、中南大学等单位在哈尔滨举办了一次汇集多位国内相关行业权威专家和学者的重型运载火箭制造技术研讨会。


  会议邀请了火箭院龙乐豪、中南大学钟掘、西安交通大学卢秉恒、上海交通大学林忠钦、合肥通用机械研究院陈学东5位工程院院士及30多位国内材料、成形和 焊接等专业方面的专家学者,围绕超大尺寸薄壁结构成形、超大直径环件一体化制造、超大型薄壁贮箱装配焊接等技术方向进行交流研讨。

  会上,龙乐豪院士向与会代表作了题为《研制重型火箭 支撑航天强国》的报告,阐述了重型运载火箭的研制背景,介绍了重型运载火箭的直径及发动机的推力量级,基于大推力液氧煤油发动机和基于大推力固体助推器的 两种火箭总体技术方案设想,提出了重型运载火箭研制关键技术需求。报告中,龙乐豪院士还结合重型运载火箭的特点对未来的潜在应用需求进行了分析,表明重型 运载火箭对于提升中国空间活动能力,加快空间应用开发的步伐都有着重要意义。

  火箭院副院长王国庆作了题为《重型火箭贮箱制造的若干思考》的报告,通过回顾国外重型火箭贮箱研制历程,总结提出了轻质高效设计、制造路线顶层设计、精 确成形/成性/精准装配连接三方面的重型运载火箭贮箱研制启示。在系统总结现役及新一代运载火箭贮箱研制经验及技术积累沉淀的基础上,分析了重型运载火箭 贮箱制造所需解决的关键技术难点,综合技术、经济、周期、风险等因素,提出了“两步走”的重型运载火箭贮箱研制思路,并提议产、学、研实现深度合作,共同 研究破解超大直径贮箱制造技术难题。

  此次会议为重型运载火箭超大直径箭体结构设计、制造、选材和非标准装备研发提供了许多好的思路,为重型运载火箭研制工作开展起到了积极的推动作用。


  据了解,重型运载火箭是为满足中国未来载人登月、火星探测等任务需求而即将启动的航天重大科技工程,是中国实施太空发展战略、有效拓展航天产业发展空 间、大幅提高进入空间能力、促进航天科技整体水平提高的必要保证,对提升空间开发水平、提高工程技术综合实力,进一步增强中国在国际社会的政治影响力,提 高综合国力有着重要的战略意义。
