骗钱“红娘”规定四类人不能骗
今年7月13日，43名被告人被带上庐阳区法院受审。
检方指控，张某某、刘某某系夫妻关系，2012年8月，两人投资成立公司经营婚恋网站。据了解，夫妇二人成立的东缘公司相继招聘顾某某等27人及项某某等32人（另案处理）为售前服务部工作人员，以所谓的“红娘”名义与网站新注册会员联系、谎称网站内有会员对其关注并有交往意向、并根据对方需求推荐网站虚拟会员，骗取信任、刺激其交纳会费升级为“高级会员”，交纳更多的费用还可升级为“钻石会员”、“铂金会员”。
张某某供述，其从互联网上搜集一些假的会员信息，有些照片直接放的就是明星照片，公司有人每天通过一些知名网站推广，有网民看到广告后点击网页，注册信息。公司进行推广时有地域限制，首先不对合肥人推广，有段时间还要求不对四川成都的会员进行推广，因为运行时曾发生过成都的会员到处投诉的事情。
有售前工作人员证实，公司规定对公检法、政府机关人员、合肥本地人员、新闻媒体不允许介绍。

张某某称其妻子刘某某并不是公司负责人，之所以在投资人中有妻子的名字，是他一手操作的。他表示愿将扣押的宝马车用于退赔被害人损失。张某某辩护人认为，起诉书认定张某某诈骗数额有误，张某某从事的婚介业务中有部分是合法的。
刘某某辩称，其在公司仅仅发放工资，未参与公司经营，不应当认定其系主犯。刘某某供述称，售前、售后人员工资是底薪（1800元、2200元）加提成，公司的财务报表和会计凭证定期销毁，保留期限一般不超过三个月。
另外，多名被告人辩称，每月在公司领取3000多元的收入用于日常生活，属于最低层打工者，犯罪情节较轻，系从犯。
43人获刑主犯被判十年半
庐阳区法院审理认为，东缘公司共计骗取全国各地438名被害人交纳会费978843.39元，涉案43名被告人参与诈骗数额从2万余元至90余万元不等。张某某、刘某某等43人的行为均已构成诈骗罪，且属共同犯罪，应按照各被告人的犯罪情节依法予以惩处。
被告人张某某在共同犯罪中起主要作用，是主犯，刘某某等42人在共同犯罪中起次要、辅助作用，是从犯。
综合各被告人的犯罪情节和认罪悔罪表现，庐阳区法院一审对主犯张某某判处有期徒刑十年零六个月，并处罚金100万元，对刘佳佳等42名从犯分别处以有期徒刑三年、缓刑五年至拘役六个月、缓刑八个月不等的刑期，并处50万元至2万元不等的罚金。
