不过，有机构人士认为，银隆的钛酸锂技术在日本就有，钛酸锂电池的优势是安全、充放电次数比较多，但单体容量比以前的三元锂电池要小，主要用在大巴或者电站，发展空间存在不确定性。
市场还认为，格力对珠海银隆收购的代价过于高昂。珠海银隆承诺，2016年度至2018年度净利润额分别不低于7.2亿元、10亿元和14亿元，远远低于格力电器长期以来超过30%的净资产收益率。
