据海淀工商分局日前通报，因涉嫌在搜索引擎中发布违法广告，将对百度、搜狗引擎以及北京宝岛妇产医院、京科肝泰医院、北京龙城医院进行立案调查。这也是自互联网广告新规实施以来的首个违法案例。

据执法人员介绍，被立案医院在搜索引擎中的广告出现了“最好”“顶级”等绝对化用语，而百度搜狗则是因为未尽审查义务，三家并不具备母婴保健技术资格的上海医院出现在了搜索结果中。
