林女士是呼和浩特市一家机票代理商的负责人，公司主营业务是承接公务以及个人机票的代理采购。她告诉记者，从去年12月份到现在，公司通过同航网购买了价值上百万元的机票，其中有20多万的机票需要退票退款，但是一直没有结果，近期就突然无法联系到同航网了。
代理商林女士表示，之前退款都比较及时，去年12月份到今年3月份的退票我们就有20多万。2月底到3月份，再到后来退票款就催不回来了。
张先生（化名）是一家名为翱旅国际的航空售票服务代理公司的负责人。他告诉记者，从今年3月开始，同航网的返款速度就开始变慢，退票款甚至要等很久才能到账。不少客户选择退票之后，公司只能先把退票款垫付给客户，但是同航网的退票款却迟迟要不回来。张先生回忆称：“之前没有问题，今年2、3月份出现问题。基本上客人来我这里买机票，我们先把钱给同航网。如果客人要退票，我们把钱先退给客人，我们现在有统计的大概有6、7万在同航网手里没有要回来。”
与林女士和张先生有同样遭遇的机票代理商还有不少，在一个名为“声讨同航网”的QQ群内，90多个全国各地的机票代理商，都表示因为同航网的“瘫痪”而遭受损失，少则数万，多则几十万，粗略统计共涉及近百万元资金。
据了解，购买飞机票除了航空公司的直销模式，还有就是通过分销代理的模式，退票退款反之亦然。
作为一家B2B机票交易平台，同航网将诸多供应商的机票产品汇总在一起，而机票代理商可以根据不同供应商返点的多少，选择和购买机票产品。某种程度上讲，在整个机票分销代理链条中，同航网就是这些机票代理商的“上游”。
客户要求退票，钱从航空公司逐级退还下来，到了同航网这级却被“截住了”，问题由此而生，代理商林女士称打航空公司电话，“他们说飞机票退票的钱已经退还给供应商了，供应商说已经退回给平台了，平台说钱退回给同航网了，同航网就卡着，‘倒闭’之后就‘跑路’了，钱就退不回来给我们。”
目前，同航网页面仍然能够打开，但是在线客服和客服电话均无人应答，网站联系邮箱也被注销。
今年3月份之后，不少机票代理商以及媒体记者前往同航机票网登记的营业地点，发现已经“人去楼空”。

QQ维权群的不少机票代理商告诉记者，不少人正在通过民事诉讼追讨钱款，也有不少代理商已经向公安机关报案。
部分代理商推测，或许是因为同航网贷款过多，导致资金链断裂。中国民航经济运行实验室经济师鱼海洋提示，机票B2B平台的模式的日渐式微、生存空间变小，和航空公司不断加强对机票代理的管控以及近年来提出的“提升机票直销，降低代理分销”政策不无关系。
