指控
收徒为名诈骗钱款26万
记者了解到，自去年7月起，海淀公安分局清河派出所就接到多人报案，被一家名为“长城巨龙”的公司以收徒为名诈骗。公安机关调查后，得知公司负责人马某对外自称“马博士”，以虚构事实诈骗财物，在该公司上课的会员最多达200余人。去年8月18日，马某及妻子韩某被公安机关抓获归案。
