9月7日，专访了人民出版社社长黄书元及编辑。
黄书元告诉，朱镕基同志亲自审看了实况录像光盘。据了解，5次记者会的录像时长大约为5个多小时。

《朱镕基答记者问》收录了朱镕基在担任中国国务院副总理、总理期间回答中外记者提问和在境外发表的部分演讲。与2009年的原版相比，人民出版社此次推出的精装本内容没有变化，不同之处是内文照片用彩色印刷，同时附赠1998年至2002年朱镕基在九届全国人大会议五次记者招待会上回答中外记者提问的实况录像五张DVD光盘。
“大家都非常期待再看到他当年的风采。”朱镕基著作编辑组的成员、人民出版社重大项目部主任鲁静告诉，该书的精装光盘版从2014年开始酝酿，到今天出版一共历时两年时间。

鲁静向介绍，朱镕基同志在人民出版社出书，流程和版税都按照普通标准执行。出书版税按照朱镕基的指示，直接由出版社转入实事助学基金会。
朱蕤告诉，基金会的原则是由理事会决策，但会尊重捐赠人的意愿，理事会决议或重要事项会向朱镕基报告。
她透露，在朱镕基捐出的版税中，由人民出版社转入的占到80%左右，也有一些其他出版社转来的版税。
