陕西米脂县原副镇长贪污获刑 上诉期间服毒身亡
9月3日，54岁的张文树在米脂县文屏山上喝下一瓶农药结束了自己的生命。他曾经是米脂县杨家沟镇副镇长、李村圪崂村村支书。2016年6月，张文树因犯贪污罪，被米脂县人民法院判处有期徒刑一年，宣告缓刑一年，并处罚金10万元。
“致富带头人”因贪污罪被查
9月5日下午，张文树的儿子张永民见到华商报记者时，首先拿出了父亲的一摞荣誉证书。这些2007年至2012年获得的证书中包括榆林市“十佳致富带头人”、榆林市“新农村建设先进个人”、榆林市“十大创业模范带头人”等多项荣誉。在张永民看来，这些红本本代表着父亲的过去。

张文树是否真的还贪污了24万多元呢？9月5日，杨家沟镇党委书记朱海波表示，接到举报后，经中国公安部门调取银行记录查明，李村圪崂村委会办过一张银行卡，卡在一个小组长的名下，该小组长把一些个人资金混入了卡内，产生了24多万元的流水记录，这些钱是个人的钱，未发现贪污公款的情况，跟张文树也没有关系。
