我们迎来了腾讯历史上的第六届全球合作伙伴大会。过去一年，越来越多的创业公司从腾讯开放平台脱颖而出，创业这杯咖啡没有凉。随着腾讯创业服务平台的上线和众创空间在30个城市落地和拓展，我们将面向7000万中小企业的创业者，带来线上线下、全阶段的创业服务。
记得五年前，我们提出要携手合作伙伴一起打造“没有疆界、开放分享的互联网新生态”。现在，我们正站在新的起点上迈近这个梦想。
今天，我们的生态正在发生革命性的变化，深刻地改变着我们参与生态的方式。我想借这个机会，跟大家分享我看到的“新生态”。

我们与合作伙伴共建的新生态正从“一棵大树”成长为“一片森林”。在腾讯开放平台推出的初期，很多人把它看做一棵大树，认为合作伙伴需要变成枝叶才能获得入口和流量。目前，这种树状结构正在变成“去中心化”的网状结构，形成了合作伙伴自主生长、多个领域的伙伴与腾讯一起开放的新生态。
近几年，腾讯专注做连接，聚焦社交平台、数字内容及金融等“两个半”业务，其他垂直领域都与伙伴合作。对于合作，我们拿出“半条命”，坚持去中心化，协助大家成长为自主的平台和生态。我们很清楚，孤木难成林。只有赋予开放分享的基因，生态才可能长成一片森林。
这个想法正在变为现实。近两年，京东、滴滴、美团、58同城、携程等不少
伙伴快速成长。大家在自身发展的同时，也和我们一起，在垂直领域打开了一些新的开放平台。这是一个很令人振奋的变化。一个企业再大，也难以支持众多细分领域合作伙伴的创新。现在，生态中先发展起来的合作伙伴，能够开放资源支持其更多合作伙伴成长，我相信，这样多伙伴开放的新生态才是可持续发展的。
其实，腾讯自身的开放平台，也一直在坚持促成一个“去中心化”的开放分享网络。这和腾讯的社交基因有关。我们的开放平台最早是基于QQ及后来的微信，从社交关系链的架构推演出来。社交网络天然呈网状，鼓励朋友间开放分享。例如，微信公众平台就改变了合作伙伴到中心平台买流量或租铺位的历史。你可以建立自己的用户群，你的粉丝就是你自己的，你跟客户怎么沟通你完全自主。我们只做连接，促成大家“更方便顺畅地对话”，这是我们的初心所在。

支持合作伙伴发展的生态基础设施正在迭代。云、LBS(地理位置服务)、移动支付、大数据和安全能力成为了新型基础设施。这些年，创业公司成为独角兽的时间大大缩短。有意思的是，目前全球市值排名前十的独角兽公司中，近半数都采用了分享经济的商业模式，例如Uber、Airbnb、Wework和滴滴出行等。这些公司大都出现于2010年前后，成长速度惊人。
仔细分析，分享经济的出现有着不少前提。首先是移动互联网的兴起，让LBS、云、大数据、移动支付等技术，能够实现社会闲置资源的规模化智能匹配。此外，它还有赖于社会互信关系，把朋友间的开放分享拓展到更大的社会空间，
这种互信植根于记录信用、鼓励分享的社交网络。
过去一年，腾讯云高速增长。云和分享经济像一枚硬币的两面，分享经济就是生产力的云化。越来越多企业向云端迁移，除了节省成本、提高效率，更重要的是学习如何在分享经济的环境中生存与发展。这种生存之道简单来说，就是每个企业把独特的资源和能力凸显并分享出来，其余的工作交给生态伙伴。这正是我们过去五年来的选择。
五年前，我提到一个愿望：哪怕只有一两个人的小公司，只要有好的创意，我们就可以帮助它把注意力集中在产品开发上，其他问题不用考虑太多。现在来看，这个愿望基本实现了。借助新型基础设施，我们的创业工具箱正变得丰富。在腾讯的创业服务平台，各类创业服务机构可以通过分享经济模式，让创业要素得以更好的匹配。尽管资本市场冷热会带来周期性影响，但创业门槛整体上在降低，创业成长的速度也在加快。
值得注意的是，新型的基础设施也越来越依赖“大家的生态空间”，需要生态伙伴一起共建。以LBS为例，我们和垂直领域的生态伙伴，把每天深入毛细血管的海量的消费、物流信息汇聚成大数据，就可以反哺给合作伙伴，帮助大家优化产品和服务。
我们看到，生态开放分享层面的“去中心化”正在与云、大数据等基础设施的“中心化”有机地融合起来。更多的生态伙伴在资源分享和生态反哺的循环中，会实现“整体大于部分之和”的共赢。

在“互联网+”和“新技术+”的推动下，我们的生态空间将大规模扩容。
今后还会有更多的传统行业通过“互联网+”转型升级加入我们的生态空间。
与此同时，生态扩容势必在突破性的新技术上展开。例如，AI(人工智能)、VR(虚拟现实)、AR(增强现实)等一系列新技术正逐渐成熟。今年我和很多合作伙伴一样在关注，“AI+”会不会成为下一代生态基础设施，为全球各行各业带来的智能化变革。
