The South China Morning Post: Mr MA has said eWTP can be a complement to WTO, what do you think of this? Do you think that there is a coincidence between? If it happens, we will see the future of cooperation?

Director: first of all, I would like to thank Ma invited me to come to his "home", I am very pleased to be here today, so I'm so glad I was not the real reason I was invited, but we are e-commerce, business, trade and other aspects of vision is so amazingly the same. In our view, this will benefit all companies, especially SMEs, they have to face, language and cost of trade, and other problems.

Xinhua News Agency: Mr MA, what do you think China should advance the world trade to the next level and demonstrate their leadership? You to the B20, G20 Summit was impressed by the progress made in Hangzhou?

MA: question about China to lead the global trade, I think that China is the world's second largest economy, has made "along the way" commitment. China's first attempt to "Silk Road" in global trade is already thousands of years ago, in my opinion, "along the way" is the lead for the second time in the history of China and globalization.

EWTP led by companies of the US initiative. 马云：关于中国如何领导全球贸易的问题，我认为中国是世界第二大经济体，也做出了“一带一路”的承诺。中国第一次尝试以“丝绸之路”推动全球贸易已是千年之前，在我看来，“一带一路”是中国历史上第二次引领着全球化发展。

我们倡议的eWTP是由企业主导。WTO是国家主导、政府主导，我们希望eWTP能够是民营主导、企业主导，从实践和结果出发，达到高效运作的目的。中国正在通过更多的贡献、更多的分享来展现更大的领导力，这是我从习近平主席的讲话中总结的，一是对中国老百姓的承诺，二是对世界的担当，这两者都让我印象深刻。

我非常高兴看到此次G20上各国达成的协议。我们是贸易全球化的布道者，也是全球自由和公平贸易的布道者。我喜欢G20的结语，我们共同推动贸易、支持年轻人，这是最令我兴奋的。

中新社：总干事先生，您如何看待“WTO仅为跨国大企业提供贸易解决方案，而忽略了80%的中小企业”的说法？

总干事：WTO并不是为大企业而成立，但现实是如果只创造了好的环境，而不做任何事去帮助中小企业，那么在这样的环境中，大企业会更多地受益、成长、繁荣。

因此，现在是时候让我们面对事实，是时候多行一步来提升中小企业的活跃度，这对每一方而言都是双赢。

提问四：

浙江日报：杭州在跨境电商新规则和新的管理体系方面有不少探索，马云先生您在代表阿里巴巴、代表中小企业去各个国家走访的过程中，是否也带着我们杭州的经验去分享？

马云：是的，我认为在中小企业快速进出口贸易方面，杭州在中国是最具成果、最富经验的城市之一。杭州在出口方面的经验是非常出色的，我们也需要得到更多的理解和支持，以期继续进步优化。杭州可以成为提升中小企业进出口的一个出色的城市典范，可以成为eWTP的一个主要网上枢纽，我们会带给其他国家和众多城市分享杭州经验，如何更好地开展出口贸易。

提问五：

路透：您提倡的自由跨境贸易中也包含了蚂蚁金服提供各类网上金融服务的元素，对于未来将支付宝推广至海外您有什么计划？有没有蚂蚁金服上市的时间表和规划？

马云：蚂蚁金服是个很年轻的企业，从2004年创立至今，蚂蚁金服服务了近5亿的用户，为几千万的中小企业和年轻人提供着金融服务，他们都在从支付宝及蚂蚁打造的网上金融平台上受益。

我们也在很积极地拓展业务至世界的另一端，这并不仅仅是因为我们想拓展这一业务，而更多是因为我们认为网上金融应该是21世纪的一个重要主题。在海外，我们在印度为1.35亿的用户服务，我们也在欧洲、东南亚、日本和韩国等地服务越来越多的商家。

我们并不只把自己当作一个金融机构，我们更多的把这一趋势看作是为更多的中小企业和年轻人创造机遇，从而进一步解决21世纪所面对的金融难题，这将是解决方案之一。而关于何时、何地、如何上市，我们并没有决定，我们会在某时某地上市，但这并不是因为我们要融资，而是为了把我们业务的美好前景和成功与更多的人分享，与大家一起为普惠金融贡献一份力量。
