　　辽宁省铁岭市人民检察院起诉指控：2003年至2013年，被告人孙兆学利用担任中国铝业股份有限公司山西分公司总经理、中国黄金集团公司总 经理、中金黄金股份有限公司董事长职务上的便利，为上海中项建控股（集团）有限公司、任剑等单位和个人在工程承揽、职务晋升等事项上提供帮助。2005年 至2014年，孙兆学直接或者通过其妻张秀霞非法收受上述单位负责人和个人给予的财物，共计折合人民币3881万余元。此外，孙兆学家庭财产、支出明显超 过合法收入，其对共计折合人民币968万余元的财产不能说明来源。
