　　众多女工中，一个精干的男裁缝显得很特别，正熟练地操作机器缝制鞋面。38岁的王海是这里的资深制鞋师傅，熟悉制鞋的全部技艺，带出了很多徒弟。

　　十年前，他远离父母妻女，只身一人远赴浙江宁波鞋厂打工。回忆起在外务工的日子，王海充满感慨。“打工真的好难！”据他描述，那时每天都得加班，工作十四五个小时是家常便饭，每个月只能休息一天。“第一个月不仅没拿到工资，还为了要回被老板扣下的身份证倒贴了五十块钱！”从正月离家，到腊月回来，一整年都见不着老婆孩子，更别提回家坐车买票，那真是难上加难。

　　据瓮安县扶贫局工作人员介绍，瓮安大约有10万在外务工人员。返乡农民工创业园是瓮安经济开发区六大园区之一，于2011年建成。政府为园区内的企业提供资金、厂房、水电配套。通过短短三年的建设，吸引了许多产业转移项目扎根于此。吸纳了1500多名返乡农民工实现了家门前创业和就业，特别是通过职校培训等手段，帮助其中一部分特困户实现了贫困摘帽。

　　谈到两个女儿，王海说：“现在她们不用当留守儿童了，以后也不用再像我们年轻时那样出去打工了。我不想她们过得那么辛苦。”
