“响一声”电话有哪些种类？
普通手机号：诱导回拨进行广告宣传诈骗等
目前的响一声电话，大部分是普通手机号码，例如130-139、150-159手机号段，回拨此类号码后，如果接通可能收取本地通话费或长途费，但不会产生任何的所谓信息费。这类响一声电话主要目的有三种：
一是部分企业诱导用户回拨电话进行广告宣传；
二是部分不法分子诱导用户回拨电话进行六合彩、卖淫等信息宣传；
三是部分不法分子诱导用户回拨电话进行电信诈骗活动。
声讯台号码：诱导回拨产生服务费
此外，还有一类显示的是非普通号码，例如96、168等开头的声讯台号码，这些号码主要为取得正规运营资质的声讯台或者信息服务公司拥有，回拨这类号码可能会产生信息服务费。
“响一声”背后的非法广告产业链

非法广告一般采用代理机制来提高回拨率。一般用户会查看来电所属地区，如果发现地区比较陌生就会放弃回拨，所以群发组织为了提高回拨率，一般采取代理机制来实施本地推广，你接到的来电看上去是本地号码，回拨后，听到的却是外地非法广告，比如六合彩、网络赌博等。

警方提示：
1、响一声骚扰的主要目的是为了诱骗播放广告，获取广告费；
2、不法分子也会利用“响一声”，诱导用户回拨后，实施电信诈骗（例如：冒充“公检法”诈骗，猜猜我是谁、你儿子车祸需要汇款等等）；
3、所谓低风险高收益的网络吸费加盟都是骗人的，不法分子想赚的不是普通手机用户的钱，而是加盟者的钱。
支招：如何避免“响一声”电话
安装拦截软件 拉进黑名单
对“响一声”电话号码进行标记，用手机自带功能或安全软件拉进“黑名单”避免再次受到骚扰。也可以选用具有“拦截响一声”功能的软件，通过该功能屏蔽这类电话。
