今年1月7日和8日，海淀法院曾公开开庭审理快播王欣、吴铭、张克东、牛文举涉嫌传播淫秽物品牟利罪一案。在经过长达2天的审理之后，海淀法院宣布快播涉嫌传播淫秽案将改日宣判结果。
案件回顾：
2013年11月13日，腾讯视频、搜狐视频、乐视网等数十家视频网站和版权方发起中国网络视频反盗版联合行动，向快播等公司提起法律诉讼。
2014年5月30日，海淀区检察院以涉嫌传播淫秽物品牟利罪批准逮捕王欣。因王欣潜逃，次日，中国公安部发布红色通缉令。
