星小白在文章中叙述了自己支付宝账户无故欠款10000元，请求支付宝方赔偿但被拒绝的遭遇，引发众人同情。然而，十多天后事件出现反转，盗刷星小白账户的“黑客”是其相识十年、准备结婚的男友林浩。
9月8日，记者从上海市普陀区人民检察院获悉，林浩近日因涉嫌盗窃罪被该检察院审查起诉，后被法院判处拘役六个月，并处罚金二千元。
据检察院介绍，星小白本名张沁，供职于一家传媒公司。2016年2月11日，她收到一条来自支付宝的还款提醒短信，想着可能是系统出错，便没有在意。同月17日，她又收到了支付宝已扣款187.43元的短信。这让张沁着了急，立即致电客服询问。对方告知2016年1月18日5时许，其账号向“蚂蚁借呗”贷款10000元。187.43元是第一期的本利还款。张沁立即请求冻结帐号，并向警方报案。
通过技术手段，支付宝公司查实：在贷款后，张沁的帐号曾在其男友林浩的魅族手机上登陆，并由该设备向“一品威客”网站一账户充值10000元。
