　　不久前，韩国不顾周边国家强烈反对，决定在韩部署萨德系统，与各方维护半岛和平稳定努力背道而驰，严重破坏地区战略平衡，导致半岛紧张局势升级。三天前，朝鲜向朝鲜半岛东部海域发射了3枚弹道导弹，联合国安理会发表媒体声明敦促朝鲜停止弹道导弹发射活动。9日的朝鲜核试验，无疑是火上浇油，加剧了人们对于朝鲜半岛安全局势和未来前景的忧虑。

　　在朝鲜半岛和东北亚局势异常复杂之际，搞核试验并不明智。包括朝鲜在内的各方都应该认识到，半岛生乱、生战，东北亚动荡不安对谁都没有好处，任何扰乱东北亚和平稳定大局的想法和做法都是不可取的。

　　在朝鲜半岛核问题上，中方始终坚持半岛无核化、坚持维护半岛和平稳定、坚持通过对话协商解决问题，要求朝鲜和有关各方切实遵守安理会有关决议。

　　当前半岛局势逐渐进入负面循环，这一趋势绝不符合任何一方的利益。对国际社会而言，各方应保持克制，避免采取相互刺激和加剧局势紧张的举动，相向而行。只有半岛稳定，东北亚才能稳定，亚太才能稳定。希望各方从维护本地区与世界和平稳定的大局出发，摒弃对抗思维，放弃挑衅性做法，尽早回到对话解决争端的轨道上来。
