面对诈骗案件,电商平台们都在不断努力应对。几家电商平台无一例外利用各种途径发布安全警示。亚马逊也提醒用户,亚马逊客服不会向客户索取银行卡密码、验证码等个人隐私信息,请客户对类似诈骗保持警惕,不要点击不明链接,也不要向任何人透露密码、验证码信息。客户遇到不明电话或者邮件告知订单异常,请第一时间联系亚马逊官方客服(400-810-5666)进行核实。

防骗多管齐下

要实现真正的个人信息安全,仅靠电商平台努力远远不够,而是需要政府、企业以及个人的多方力量。北京商报记者了解到,中国政府正多方努力加速整治个人信息泄露问题,有数据显示,今年4月以来,中国公安部部署开展了打击整治网络侵犯公民个人信息犯罪专项行动,截至7月全国公安机关已累计查破刑事案件750余起,抓获犯罪嫌疑人1900余名,缴获信息230余亿条,清理违法有害信息35.2万余条,关停网站、栏目610余个。另有工信部数据显示,截至2016年4月30日,各方积极配合打击防范改号软件诈骗行为,累计屏蔽搜索结果超过1亿条、删除下载和链接信息23392条;联动“安全百店”106家App应用商店累计下架657个改号软件App;电商平台累计发现并下架改号软件产品320个,处理商户166户。

尽管社会各界已通过各种手段遏制网络诈骗,但在业内专家看来,个人信息泄露所导致的问题频发其核心仍在政府监管层面。中国电子商务研究中心特约研究员、知名IT律师赵占领对北京商报记者分析表示,个人信息安全问题必然要走政府、企业和消费者多管齐下共同努力之路,不过,政府监管在这个过程中依然是核心。赵占领认为,企业在风险监控、个人信息安全维护上能力有强有弱,有的企业投入多、技术更先进、效果更明显,有的企业则对该方面投入少、能力相对较差;对于消费者而言,除尽最大努力防止个人信息泄露外,当务之急在于提高安全意识,有效防范可能出现的诈骗手法。不过,由于消费者权利一旦受到侵害维权艰难,完全处于被动地位,因此,只有政府在监管层面强化,才能达到事半功倍的效果。
