这并不是顺风车首次调整收费标准。去年6月滴滴顺风车上线时,收费标准为起步10元,每公里1元。而去年年底,顺风车已经开始实施起步10元,每公里1.3元的收费标准。

滴滴方面表示,对于顺风车价格的调整,主要是考虑到在顺风车接单过程中,车主确实存在更多的绕路成本和时间成本。为了实现成本的合理分摊,鼓励用户共享出行,滴滴顺风车在部分城市的价格进行了上调。

重回中高端市场

一旦重回中高端用车市场,滴滴就要重新面对易到、神州专车,以及首汽约车这样一直主打中高端商务用车定位的角色。而缺少了价格和补贴优势的滴滴如何通过差异化留住司机和乘客或许是其最该思考的问题。

从滴滴近来与出租车公司的频繁合作也不难看出,滴滴正在试图通过出租车与专快车后台的打通规避网约车新政对数量和价格的限制。

易到则通过对原本中高端服务面对的用户进一步细分继续攻占市场。冯全林对腾讯科技称,易到决定从9月7日起将经济车型与Young专车(易到见习专车)合并,所有新用户成为易到车主都会分到Young车型里,当达到规定条件后可升级成为专车。

垄断导致价格上涨?

有观点认为滴滴与优步中国合并造成的垄断是导致价格上涨、补贴下滑的重要原因。

9月2日,中国商务部召开例行新闻发布会称,中国商务部正在根据《反垄断法》、《中国国务院关于经营者集中申报标准的规定》、《经营者集中申报办法》和《未依法申报经营者集中调查处理暂行办法》等有关法律法规依法对滴滴与优步中国合并一事进行调查。

此前,中国商务部已经两次约谈滴滴调查合并案。对于是否涉嫌垄断及之前两次被中国商务部约谈,滴滴方面表示,公司正在积极和中国商务部沟通。

中国科学院大学经管学院教授、网络经济与知识管理研究中心主任吕本富认为,滴滴快车、顺风车涨价是“垄断”造成的,没有竞争对手,每个垂直领域价格体系都被一家占领,也就没有动力提供优惠了。毕竟滴滴作为一家企业目标是获得利润。
