  天宫二号任务,是中国载人航天历次任务中应用项目中最多的一次,包括空间冷原子钟实验、液桥热毛细对流实验、综合材料制备实验、高等植物培养实验,伽玛暴偏振探测等空间科学实验与探测项目;多角度宽波段成像光谱仪、三维成像微波高度计、紫外临边成像光谱仪,空地量子密钥分配试验、伴随卫星飞行试验等14个应用和新技术试验项目,共计51件有效载荷。


  其中,“天极”伽玛暴偏振探测仪,是天宫二号上唯一的国际合作项目,由中科院高能物理研究所牵头,瑞士日内瓦大学、保罗谢尔研究所和波兰核物理研究所等单位参加研制。专家表示,这一探测仪将为揭示伽玛暴本质、宇宙结构、起源和演化等天体物理研究前沿热点取得突破开辟新的途径,获得新的发现。“天极”的探测效率比国际同类仪器高几十倍,相信将对国际天文学热点之一的宇宙伽玛暴研究和高能天文学产生重大影响。


  “量子热”亦将在天宫二号任务中延续。空地量子密钥分配试验将在国际上首次开展天-地超远距离量子密钥传输,以及业务数据天地激光通信。该实验突破并验证量子密钥生成、分配、提取、光信道保持等关键技术,进行体制验证,保持中国在该领域的领先地位,为未来建立不可破译的信息安全系统,在国际上率先建立实用化的保密通信网络奠定基础。
