三峡启动第9次175米试验性蓄水 入库流量上涨

　　新华网宜昌9月10日报道，根据国家防总批复意见，三峡水库10日凌晨正式启动第九次175米试验性蓄水。

　　中国长江三峡集团公司发布的水情信息显示，10日凌晨起，三峡水库入库流量逐步上涨，至14时已达15200立方米每秒。10日14时，三峡水库坝上水位146.26米，较9日14时上涨了0.56米。

　　根据国家防总8月30日下达的《关于三峡水库2016年试验性蓄水实施计划的批复》要求，三峡水库今年的试验性蓄水起蓄水位可承接前期实时运行水位，9月30日蓄水位原则上按162米控制，10月底或者11月争取蓄至175米。蓄水各阶段具体水位控制可根据上下游实时雨水情及其预测、防汛抗旱形势、上游水库蓄水状况和重庆市主城区河段泥沙淤积情况经批复作适当调整。

　　为确保蓄水期间三峡河段通航安全，长江三峡通航管理局统筹部署，提前发布了本年度蓄水航行通告，强化了三峡坝上及两坝间重点水域通航安全管理。9月，三峡船闸允许过闸船舶最大吃水按4.3米（危险品船舶按照4.2米）控制。

　　三峡水利枢纽梯级调度通信中心相关负责人表示，将密切关注长江流域的水情气象形势以及上游水库的蓄水计划，充分利用自动测报、预报系统及三地四方可视会商系统，加强上游来水的监测、预报工作，合理安排三峡水库的蓄水进度，在优先保障顺利实现今年蓄水目标的同时，实现水资源的高效利用。

　　三峡水库2008年启动175米试验性蓄水，当年蓄至172.8米；2009年蓄至171.43米；2010年至2015年连续六年成功实现175米蓄水目标。
