中国和俄罗斯海军军演在即 中方公布演习兵力、科目细节
当地时间2015年8月28日，俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克，中国和俄罗斯“海上联合—2015”联合军事演习。 东方IC 资料图 中国海军网9月11日消息，据海军新闻发言人梁阳介绍，根据年度计划，中国和俄罗斯两国海军将于9月12日至19日，在广东湛江以东海空域举行代号为“海上联合-2016”的联合军事演习。演习总导演分别由中国海军副司令员王海中将和俄罗斯海军副司令费多坚科夫中将担任。演习指挥员由南海舰队副司令员俞满江少将担任。
梁阳介绍，此次演习中国和俄罗斯双方参演兵力包括水面舰艇、潜艇、固定翼飞机、舰载直升机、海军陆战队以及两栖装甲装备，双方将主要围绕联合防空、联合反潜、联合海空寻歼、联合立体夺控岛礁、联合搜救、联合登临检查等科目展开演练。此外，在港岸演练阶段，将组织系列联合训练，包括研讨交流、图上推演等，双方舰员还将依托舰艇损管模拟训练场开展损管操练，陆战队员将混编开展轻武器实弹射击、直升机机滑降、建筑物攀登与滑降、渡海登岛、海岛防御与进攻等联合训练。与历次联演相比，此次演习在组织模式、演练内容、导调指挥等方面都进行了深化和拓展，特别是突出了实战化、信息化、规范化。
梁阳强调，此次演习旨在巩固发展中国和俄罗斯全面战略协作伙伴关系，深化两军友好务实合作；增强中国和俄罗斯两国海军共同应对海上安全威胁能力；进一步提高中国和俄罗斯两国海军海上联合防卫行动组织指挥水平；研究探索进一步提高联演实战化的方法路子；优化规范中国和俄罗斯海上联演的组织实施方法。
梁阳介绍，“海上联合”系列演习是中国和俄罗斯双边框架内规模最大的海上演习，自2012年举行首次举行演习以来，每年举行一次，其中，2012年的演习在中国青岛附近的黄海海空域举行，2013年在俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克附近的日本海海空域举行，2014年在中国长江口以东的东海海空域举行，2015年演习分为两个阶段，第一阶段在地中海举行，第二阶段在俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克附近的日本海海空域举行。此前，中国海军分别由北海、东海舰队兵力为主参加“海上联合”系列演习，今年以南海舰队兵力为主参加该演习。
