中国海警船再次阻止菲律宾渔船靠近黄岩岛

　　【环球网军事报道 记者 张骜】菲律宾GMA新闻网9月9日报道称，中国海警船再次阻止菲律宾渔民进入黄岩岛附近水域。

　　据报道，4艘菲律宾渔船上的渔民表示，中国海警船接近他们的船只，割断渔船的锚，并向他们鸣笛示警。早前，菲律宾武装部队曾公布过中国海警船的照片。渔民对照片进行了证实，称附近有更多中国船只。

　　《菲律宾商报》称，中国的海警船自2013年开始，一直阻止前往黄岩岛的菲律宾渔民。菲律宾总统发言人曾告诫打算前往该区的菲律宾渔民要格外谨慎。

　　中国外交部曾多次重申，黄岩岛是中国固有领土。敦促菲方尊重中国领土主权，不要采取挑衅行为。此外，中方自8月初以来在黄岩岛海域一直保持着多艘海警船的巡逻执法。中国中国最高人民法院8月2日公布的司法解释规定，中国管辖海域，不仅包括内水、领海，还包括毗连区、专属经济区、大陆架等其他海域。中国公民或者外国人在中国管辖海域实施非法猎捕、杀害珍贵濒危野生动物或者非法捕捞水产品等犯罪的，依照中国刑法追究刑事责任。
