　　问：美国“国会—行政部门中国委员会”日前发表声明，称关注香港立法会选举情况，并要督查“一国两制”在香港落实的情况。中方对此有何回应？

　　答：你提到的美国国会这个所谓的委员会一贯戴着有色眼镜，罔顾事实、乱加指责。这次他们又对香港有关事务横加指责，我们对此表示坚决反对。我想再次强调的是，香港是中国的特别行政区，香港事务包括立法会选举属于中国内政，美方无权干涉。

　　答：经双方商定，中国和日本将于9月14日至15日在日本广岛举行第五轮海洋事务高级别磋商，来自双方外交、防务、海上执法和海洋管理等部门的人员参加。
