　　2016年9月13日，江苏省苏州市中级人民法院公开开庭审理了山西焦煤集团有限责任公司原董事长、党委书记白培中受贿、行贿一案。苏州市人民检察院派员出庭支持公诉，被告人白培中及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。

　　苏州市人民检察院指控：2001年至2011年，被告人白培中利用担任霍州煤电集团总经理、董事长、山西焦煤集团有限责任公司董事长、党委书记等职务上的便利，为他人在煤炭供应、干部职务职级晋升、工作岗位调整等事宜上谋取利益，收受杨振兴、胡建伟等101人给予的财务，共计折合人民币3513万余元。

　　2011年11月13日，白培中家被抢劫，为避免因家庭财产与收入不符而暴露经济问题，白培中请托时任太原市公安局副局长的戴来伟在办理该案过程中提供帮助，降低认定被劫财务数额。为表示感谢，白培中于2012年1月给予戴来伟人民币20万元。依法应以受贿罪、行贿罪追究白培中的刑事责任。

　　据新华社报道，在2011年轰动全国的山西焦煤集团有限责任公司董事长白培中家遭抢劫案中，其妻报案称被抢财物300万元，随后还有人称白培中家被劫近5000万元。而最终法院确定被抢劫财物价值为1078万元。有关方面查明，白培中家被盗财产中有84万余元财物涉及违纪，白也受到留党察看一年处分。

　　庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，白培中及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方充分发表了辩论意见，白培中还进行了最后陈述，当庭表示认罪悔罪。

　　白培中的近亲属、人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众50余人旁听了庭审。

　　最后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
