记者13日从昆明铁路公安局开远公安处获悉，该处近期成功侦破中国公安部“打拐”专项行动第634号督办案件(“2015.09.02”拐卖越南籍妇女案)，摧毁一个以滇、豫、皖、鲁、冀、苏、赣七省人员相勾结，以旅游、打工为名，长期从云南边境将越南籍妇女拐卖到内地的特大跨境、跨区域犯罪团伙。
怪异的“夫妻”

2015年12月14日16时许，屏边火车站，民警查获两男一女。经审查，嫌疑人杨某某、32岁、普洱市江城县人，候某某、18岁、越南老街省人。二人如实交待：2015年11月，杨通过电话联系候，合伙从越南拐卖女子。12月13日，候从越南诱骗“榔”(音译)非法入境，准备将榔拐卖到上海的犯罪事实。
“榔”的解救，让专案组兴奋不已，为了更深入地了解该团伙的基本脉络和人员组成等基本情况，专案组决定继续跟踪守候，静待时机。
2016年2月19日，专案组根据线索，在云南文山将江西乐平市籍朱某某、高某某以及云南马关县籍李某某等9名涉拐犯罪嫌疑人抓获，解救被拐越南籍妇女2名，缴获涉案车辆1辆。
经深入审查，专案组初步掌握：该团伙系以李小某(云南省建水县人)为核心，通过境内供“货”人邹姓夫妇联系境外上线花某(越南老街省人)将越南籍妇女拐骗入境后，再由河南、安徽、山东、河北、江苏、江西等省市的中间介绍人，将越南籍妇女拐卖给下线收买人的特大犯罪团伙。
重拳出击“一网打尽”
案情上报后，中国公安部、铁路公安局、云南省公安厅高度重视。2016年4月8日，中国公安部打拐办抵昆召集专案所涉及的7省份公安厅刑侦总队领导和打拐办负责人召开专案协调会，一张无形的大网即将收拢。
按照部署，2016年4月9日18时许，专案组在红河州公安局的配合下，在河口县南溪镇农贸市场内将犯罪嫌疑人李某成(云南建水县人)、郭某某(河北邯郸市人)抓获。
经突审，获悉当日有4名河南籍收买人经介绍，从越南上线花某处购买了2名越南籍妇女后乘车前往广西方向，且花某长期活动在中越边境。
专案组立即顺线追击，分兵两路。迅速在河口县坝洒镇公路边将越南籍犯罪嫌疑人花某抓获。随后，其他嫌疑人陆续落网。
经审查：该团伙由境外越南籍犯罪嫌疑人花某等负责，以打工、旅游为由将越南籍妇女拐骗至靠中国边境一侧后，安排他人囤积、圈养；境内由犯罪嫌疑人李某某、邹姓夫妇等负责，寻找联系内地各省中间人，以6至10万元人民币的价格收买和拐卖越南籍妇女，中间介绍、圈养、供货等环节的犯罪嫌疑人均有6000元至3万元不等的获利；且组织严密、分工明确，集拐骗、圈养、中介、收买“一体化”的跨境跨区域拐卖犯罪团伙。
