回到这个月饼事件,阿里是人人都能写脚本么?不是,大部分人不会写、或者不会去写。他们在一项默认为同样起点---也就是到时间手动点击---的活动中,就等于被置身于一个不公平的环境下。

而一家公司做这个活动除了福利就是团队建设的一部分,说白了就是好玩儿的其乐融融的氛围,当一个人作弊,这种整体氛围就被打破了,给整个团队建设以及价值观掺了沙子。

换句话说,这种努力建设的团队氛围类比做家庭年夜打牌,您赌王出身可以算牌赢钱,那手艺在您脑子里装着大家没办法,但您会偷换牌么?

没有一家稍微成规模的公司会容忍这种事,这与技术、极客精神都没关系,这是一家公司能不能带好自己团队的根本问题,也是至少在团队中讲究不讲究诚信的问题。

在这个问题上居然有这么多认为这没啥大不了的声音,确实让我相当惊讶,我们总在说咱们社会诚信不足,怎么到自己头上就觉得无足轻重了?

所以,万事有果就有因,原因很可能就在我们自己。
