- 快播公司CEO王欣犯传播淫秽物品牟利罪一审被判有期徒刑三年六个月，并处罚金一百万元；

- 被告人张克东犯传播淫秽物品牟利罪被判三年三个月，并处罚金五十万元；

- 被告人吴铭犯传播淫秽物品牟利罪被判三年三个月，并处罚金三十万元；

- 被告人牛文举犯传播淫秽物品牟利罪被判有期徒刑三年，并处罚金二十万元。

- 快播公司犯传播淫秽物品牟利罪判处罚金一千万元。
