湖南女生醉酒后身亡调查 中新网长沙9月14日电 （记者 傅煜）湖南女大学生醉酒身亡案又有新进展。长沙市人民检察院14日对外公布，该院复查决定撤销长沙县人民检察院对涉嫌强奸罪的王某某的不起诉决定，长沙县人民检察院以涉嫌强奸罪对王某某作出逮捕决定。
此前有媒体报道，2015年5月5日晚，湖南工程职业技术学院大一女生佩佩（化名）和同校4名同学一起宵夜，共饮了数瓶白酒。佩佩醉酒后被3名男同学抬入酒店，同学王某某一人留下。次日，佩佩被发现已经死亡。
经长沙县警方初步查明，嫌疑人王某某与醉酒状态下的佩佩发生了性行为，涉嫌强奸罪。
2016年5月12日，长沙县人民检察院以长沙县公安局认定的犯罪事实不清、证据不足，决定对涉嫌强奸的王某某不起诉。
这份不起诉书让裴裴母亲黄某无法接受并向长沙市人民检察院提出申诉。7月11日，该院决定对此案立案复查，随后向长沙县人民检察院调取了全部案卷材料，并及时告知了黄某律师。
9月9日，长沙市人民检察院检察委员会研究了申诉人黄某不服长沙县人民检察院对王某某不起诉一案，决定撤销此前的不起诉决定。9月10日，长沙县人民检察院依法以涉嫌强奸罪对犯罪嫌疑人王某某作出逮捕决定，并于9月14日向长沙县人民法院提起公诉。（完）
