　　野猪扰出的新思路

　　2011年5月，冒水村的老百姓天天去找村主任陈望慧，他们遇到了麻烦——山里的野猪经常跑去破坏农田。陈望慧组织人去打了几次都无功而返。一筹莫展之际，她突然发现庄稼地边有两颗玫瑰从未被野猪“偷袭”过。陈望慧当时冒出了一个想法：玫瑰不是粮食，野猪不爱吃，而且浑身带刺，野猪也无从下口。为了抵抗野猪，要不试试种玫瑰？

　　另一方面，当时冒水村适逢地震后的灾后重建，村子焕然一新，但是这里属于高半山地区，没有经济作物，人居环境改善后，产业发展如何跟上，如何让百姓脱贫致富，是摆在陈望慧眼前的另一道难题，种玫瑰是否也能成为攻克这一难题的突破口？

　　想法很大胆，落实需谨慎。陈望慧立刻开始了对食用玫瑰的考察，2012年先后跑了甘肃、河南、山东、陕西、湖北、贵州等六个省。新鲜的玫瑰苗不敢在路上耽搁，她就自掏腰包坐飞机来回，算下来一株花苗的“成本”都要三四百元。

　　好在这些珍贵的花苗没有辜负陈望慧的期望和努力，2012年种下去的玫瑰，第二年上半年就开了花。而小金县独特的高半山气候条件也特别适宜玫瑰花的生长，平原地区的食用玫瑰花期只有短短的20天，在高原却能开上3、4个月，从海拔2000米到3500米，花开不断，而且每亩地的产量是其他玫瑰的三倍。

　　种出了玫瑰花，下一步就是销路问题，陈望慧把自己种出的玫瑰花带到成都茶业市场，向那里的商家咨询，得到的回答让人惊喜：“从来没有见过这么好的玫瑰，这花你有多少我要多少！”

　　陈望慧心里却还是不踏实，她又到了山东玫瑰研究所，耿直的她直接问专家：“虽然我是种玫瑰的，但我不能自卖自夸，我的玫瑰到底有没有那么多功能，有没有那么好？”专家直接指着《本草纲目》给她看玫瑰的功效，并且肯定了她种的玫瑰含油量大，香型、纯度都优于一般玫瑰。陈望慧说：“我是代表顾客问的，如果是假话，我也说不出口。”

　　带着老百姓一块儿富

　　揣着商家和专家的肯定，陈望慧的心真正踏实了，回到冒水村马上开始成立小金县清多香玫瑰种植专业合作社，采取“合作社+基地+农户+市场”的经营模式，鼓励村民改种食用玫瑰。

　　冒水村99%都是藏族群众，他们种了大半辈子的庄稼，让他们改种似乎只能看、不能吃的玫瑰花，很多人一时接受不了。陈望慧耐心地给他们讲解食用玫瑰的用途和效益，并且免费发放自己买的玫瑰苗，让老百姓自愿带回家种，只要开花了就上门来收。村民们渐渐养成了习惯——不出家门就能卖花赚钱，这可比以前种粮食划算多了。村民们参与合作社的热情高了，同时在政府的支持下，玫瑰种植从冒水村辐射开来，如今小金县已经有13个村、1107户加入了合作社，其中有200多户是建卡贫困户，他们中的70%已经靠玫瑰种植摘掉了贫困帽子。

　　之前老百姓种土豆、豌豆，每亩地收入大约是500-600元，而2013年种植玫瑰后，第一年每亩地收入就可以增至1800元，第二年可以达到3600元，这两年进入了旺产期，一亩地可以摘下5500多斤玫瑰花，收入可达5000多元，比之前翻上了近十番。

　　因为要防止花香的流失和精油的挥发，玫瑰花必须每天在太阳升起前就采摘完毕。合作社每天上门收购，让农民在账本上签字，公开透明。为了鼓励大家的积极性，发扬“比学赶帮超”的精神，花期结束后，合作社会把全村种植户聚集在一起，按照账本现场发放现金。

　　增产量 拓路子 迈向全面开发

　　小金县的4000亩玫瑰因为品质优良而供不应求，陈望慧却并未满足于此。

　　玫瑰浑身都是宝，可以加工成玫瑰茶、玫瑰酱、玫瑰醋、玫瑰酒、玫瑰精油、玫瑰露等等产品，甚至余下的渣滓都能制成玫瑰香，用小金县玫瑰加工成的产品已经出口至韩国、日本等地。目前小金县自己的玫瑰产业园也在马不停蹄的建设当中，建成后的厂房将有4000多平方米，可加工1万亩玫瑰的产量，实现生产、加工、销售“一条龙”，增加就业。同时还可以形成“产业园+乡村旅游、红色旅游”的模式，促进红色老区绿色新发展。

　　陈望慧还将高原玫瑰与平原玫瑰嫁接，开发出的新品种既有前者的浓郁香味，又有后者的高产量，命名为“金山玫瑰”，已经进行了注册。

　　大家都称赞小金玫瑰的美容功效，而陈望慧自己其实很少使用，她笑称自己是“最不讲究的女人”，也“不懂什么浪漫”。在她心中最期盼的，是产业园的尽快落成，是到2019年打造出万亩玫瑰园，是利用电子商务让更多人更便捷地买到小金玫瑰产品，是到外地打工的年轻人愿意回到家乡乐业，是村里、县里的乡亲们在玫瑰花海中过上更舒心的好日子……的确，基层干部带领群众致富，靠的是一步一个脚印的坚实努力，而这种努力，谁又能说它不浪漫？
