　　2016年9月15日，西部公汽四分公司坂田车队612线（无人售票线路）驾驶员陈伯权驾驶粤BK6533号大客车，执行从上塘地铁站至梅林关的营运任务。7时03分途径龙观路龙济医院路段时，车内后排一位女性乘客自身及行李突然起火，驾驶员第一时间靠边停车，打开车门疏导乘客逃生，立即拿起车内灭火器救火并报120、110，但因火势太大无法扑灭，造成该名乘客身亡。车辆底盘完好、车身上半部烧毁。
