　　15日3时5分，今年以来全球最强台风“莫兰蒂”在厦门翔安沿海登陆。据中央气象台和福建气象部门消息，这也是1949年以来登陆闽南最强台风。

　　据国家电网厦门供电公司的消息，超强台风“莫兰蒂”正面袭击厦门，电网遭到重创，已造成大量变电站停运，全市大面积停电。台风致厦门机场一架波音767型飞机被风吹跑而受损，200余架次航班被取消。此外，台风引发的洪水造成福建和浙江4座古桥损毁。

　　据了解，“莫兰蒂”给台湾也造成较为严重的灾情。据最新统计显示已导致岛内1人死亡、51人受伤，近100万户停电。

　　今年第14号台风“莫兰蒂”于15日3时5分在厦门翔安沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力15级（48米/秒，强台风级），中央气象台今晨继续发布红色预警。

　　15日2时左右，厦门市防汛抗旱指挥部所在的9层高水利大厦开始在狂风暴雨中轻微摇晃，室内灯光出现短时闪烁的状况。至凌晨3时，大楼已经停水，走廊上不断传来“乒乒乓乓”的玻璃破碎声。随后的狂风暴雨持续了近两小时。

　　在厦门工作的朱女士告诉北青报记者，15日夜里她因为外面风声太大而惊醒，打开灯发现吊灯在轻微地摇晃，“后来才发现，其实是大楼都被风吹晃了。”她和朋友试图到低楼层躲避，但随后因为走廊里风也很大而不得不返回家中。她表示，小区内很多居民家中的落地窗都被风吹碎了，到昨天中午12点整个小区仍旧停水停电，但没听说小区有人员伤亡。

　　15日6时多，风雨渐小，在厦门莲岳路短短1公里的路面上，一片狼藉。十几棵两层楼高的大树横七竖八地倒在道路上。铁质路灯也被大风吹倒，交织在一起。在道路两旁的低洼处，有30至40厘米的积水。多辆准备穿行的汽车因大树挡道，掉头而回。

　　据福建省交警总队厦门高速公路交警支队通报，沈海高速同安收费站大棚半夜被风吹翻。现因救援需要，实施交通管制，目前同安收费站出口、入口均封闭，解除时间待通知。厦门辖区各收费站都有民警通宵值守，其中驻守同安收费站的民警最为惊险，差点被吹翻的大棚击中。福建省厦门市公安局警方紧急提醒，目前全市仍然桥隧未通，不少地方树木倒地，积水阻路，电线坠地，危险隐患依然存在。建议各位市民暂时待在家中，待相关部门初步排除危险后再出门。

　　据中央气象台和福建气象部门消息，“莫兰蒂”是今年以来全球最强台风，也是1949年以来登陆闽南最强台风。预计“莫兰蒂”将以每小时20公里左右的速度向北偏西转偏北方向移动，强度明显减弱，16日晨在江西境内减弱为热带低压。预计9月15日－16日8时，将给福建、浙江、江西东北部、江苏中南部、安徽东部、上海等地带来大雨或暴雨。

　　浙江廊桥之乡“痛失”三古桥

　　福建永春县800年历史的廊桥东关桥也在台风中损毁

　　15日上午，福建省泉州市永春县旅游局发布通告称，该县拥有800年历史的廊桥东关桥受台风影响被毁。一位福建东关镇村民告诉北青报记者，受到台风影响，昨天夜里雨很大，导致当地湖洋溪水位暴涨，今天上午10点左右，横跨溪上的东关桥受洪水冲击，廊桥中部被冲断。据介绍，该廊桥属于福建重点文物保护单位，始建于南宋绍兴十五年（公元1145年），是闽南少见的长廊屋盖梁式桥。

　　15日下午，温州市泰顺县政府官网发布通告称，受第14号台风“莫兰蒂”的影响，泰顺县境内河水暴涨，当地3座廊桥：三魁薛宅桥、筱村文兴桥与文重桥被洪水冲走。县文化广电新闻出版局、县文物局紧急发布通知，若有群众发现廊桥相关木构建，请在保证自身安全的情况下收集并保管，无法收集的请及时联系当地政府或文保部门。

　　泰顺县文化广电新闻出版局的工作人员告诉北青报记者，目前主要还是以收集古桥材料为主，之后再考虑重建方案。据介绍，三魁镇薛宅桥，系贯木拱廊桥，始建于明正德七年（1512年），后多次因水患重建，目前被毁的廊桥建于清咸丰六年（1856年），另两座被毁廊桥始建于清朝。

　　据统计，泰顺现有各类桥梁970多座，古廊桥33座，其中19座廊桥在2005年被列为省级文物保护单位，15座廊桥于2008年被列为全国重点文物保护单位，而被冲毁的3座廊桥，都为全国重点文物保护单位。

　　“莫兰蒂”发威

　　“吹跑”一波音767飞机

　　15日下午，多名网友称，台风“莫兰蒂”在厦门造成一架飞机受损。北青报记者了解到，台风中确实有一架停在厦门太古飞机工程有限公司厂内的飞机因为被风吹跑而受损。

　　从网友爆料的照片中可以看到，一架波音767型飞机机头位于隔离网外，冲到了树丛中，前端起落架折断。一名就职于厦门太古飞机工程有限公司的员工说，这架飞机原本停在厂内机坪上，台风来之前工作人员已经给飞机的轮挡加了配重块固定。飞机原本是朝东停放的，在台风来时飞机被吹跑，扎进了隔离带，导致机身和起落架受损。

　　该员工表示，厦门太古飞机工程有限公司的机库在台风中受损严重，“机库的顶都被拔了。”

　　厦门高崎机场表示，因台风影响，机场已取消200余架次航班，截止到15日下午1点，仍有部分航班被取消。机场设施并没有因为台风造成太大的损失，但是因台风造成许多树木折断，致使通往厦门高崎国际机场的道路发生拥堵。
