　　中新网温州9月15日电（记者 李婷婷）受今年14号台风“莫兰蒂”外围影响，浙江省温州市泰顺县境内大雨倾盆。记者从泰顺县委办获悉，截至15日下午，该县已紧急转移安置12943人，死亡1人、失踪1人。

　　今年第14号台风“莫兰蒂”于15日凌晨3点05分前后在福建省厦门市翔安区沿海登陆，受其影响，从14日开始，温州就受到暴雨袭击。其中，温州泰顺、文成等地的降雨量较大。记者从温州市气象台了解到，9月15日8时—15日13时，泰顺县面雨量240.6mm，最高达390.1mm。

　　据悉，泰顺迅速组织力量投入防台抗洪工作。该县民政、卫生、农业、交通、电力、武警和公安等单位500多人第一时间奔赴乡镇抢险救灾。温州市武警、公安等已派遣精干力量支援泰顺抢险救灾。针对下步仍有较大雨情，泰顺县防指已命令各乡镇、各有关部门继续做好强降雨防御工作。（完）
