强台风“莫兰蒂”登陆厦门(图)
中新网福州9月15日电 (龙敏 闫旭)据福建省防汛办消息称，今年第14号台风“莫兰蒂”，15日凌晨3时05分在厦门翔安沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力15级(48米/秒，强台风级)，中心气压945百帕。
资料显示，“莫兰蒂”是今年以来全球最强台风，也是1949年以来登陆闽南最强台风。此次台风来时正值中秋假期，风雨潮齐聚，将对福建省造成严重影响。
自14日夜间开始，“莫兰蒂”便为福建带来疾风骤雨。15日，福建台风红色预警、暴雨黄色信号高挂。
福建省气象台高级工程师夏丽花介绍，此次超强台风“莫兰蒂”将会给福建带来全省性的强风雨影响。
在登陆地厦门市，“莫兰蒂”威力尽显，15日2时许，家住厦门市区的陈翔仍未入睡，他向中新社记者抱怨道，“我家窗户要给吹跑了”。
为应对“莫兰蒂”，福建省已“闻风而动”，严阵以待防抗台风。
福建省海洋与渔业厅消息，截至14日10时，海上作业渔船共撤离32137艘，共转移渔排人员19080人(其中全省老弱妇幼4062人，福州及以南劳动力15018)，转移福州以南船上所有人员共60915人。
海陆空交通目前已受到台风影响，导致飞机航班延误或取消、对台航线停航以及动车停运。厦门航空公司披露，截至9月14日19时，厦航14日、15日取消航班已经增至193个航班；福建海事局证实，厦金航线、泉金航线、平潭对台直航客滚轮等对台海上航线全线停航；南昌铁路局消息，停运9月14日至17日管内始发终到旅客列车188列。
救援力量也已集结。福建省消防总队也透露，已紧急调集92艘各类舟艇，5500件专业型救生衣等一大批抢险救援和水域救援相关器材待命；国家电网福建电力公司也称，集结939支应急抢修队伍共14646人，备用移动发电车55台、小型移动发电机483台，抽水机(泵)338台等应急物资。
受台风影响，福建省过程雨量(14日8时-17日8时)将在100～250毫米之间，局部可达350-450毫米，其中1小时雨强将达50-80毫米，局部或超过120毫米。同时，14日夜间至15日福建中南部沿海地区风力达到10～13级，台风中心经过的附近区域将达14～16级。
夏丽花提醒称，需注意防范台风强降水可能引发的城乡积涝、山洪、泥石流和山体滑坡等次生灾害。
在登陆福建后，“莫兰蒂”正转向偏北方向移动，将于16日凌晨到上午在江西境内减弱为热带低压。
但不容乐观的是，今年第16号台风“马勒卡”已在“莫兰蒂”东南方生成。分析指，“马勒卡”将于17-18日移入华东沿海地区与“莫兰蒂”影响区域产生部分重叠，增加“莫兰蒂”风力、雨情的不确定性因素。
