台风过境，厦门街道一片狼藉。图/东方IC 昨日是中秋佳节，厦门等地却遭遇今年以来全球最强台风“莫兰蒂”的正面袭击。这也是1949年以来登陆闽南的最大台风，登陆时中心附近最大风力15级(48米/秒，强台风级)。超强台风已给多地造成重大损失，多人死伤。目前，台风强度虽然已经减弱，但仍将给华东多省市带来强风雨。
灾情 台风致多人死亡失踪
9月14日，“莫兰蒂”率先登陆台湾，造成严重的灾情，导致岛内1人死亡、51人受伤，近100万户停电。
15日凌晨3时05分，“莫兰蒂”在厦门翔安沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力15级(48米/秒，强台风级)。由于恰逢天文大潮时期，引发“风、雨、潮”及其次生灾害叠加。
据了解，厦门岛内五缘湾大桥阵风达到17级以上，创下有气象记录以来的新高，破坏力大大超过1999年14号台风，损失严重。导致岛外各区大面积停电，岛内部分地方停电；房屋倒塌损坏113处，道路积水195处，农作物受灾面积0.03万亩，35万棵行道树倒伏，5艘商船进入锚地避风后发生搁浅，人员转移46327人。台风过境之后，厦门街道一片狼藉，多地路段积水严重，大批车辆被淹，树木成排倒下。厦门机场一架波音767也被风吹动撞到围栏上，机身受损。
“莫兰蒂”给福建其他地方也带来不同程度灾害。根据多地发布灾情报告证实，已有多人伤亡或失踪。
昨天9时许，福建泉州一座有着800多年历史的廊桥“通仙桥”也被冲毁。
影响 北京发往福建多趟列车停运
据了解，受台风影响，14日福建沿海六个设区市的中小学、幼儿园停课一天，闽台海上客运航线全面停航。福建沿海撤离海上作业渔船32137艘，转移渔排人员19080人，转移福州以南船上所有人员共60915人。
从14日下午起，南昌铁路局启动防洪防台II级应急响应，停运9月14日至17日管内始发终到旅客列车188列。福建全省道路客运暂停往南省际班线及发往厦门、漳州等地的省内班线512班次。9月16日，厦门站始发的普速列车全部停运。
此外，记者从北京铁路局获悉，昨日，受台风“莫兰蒂”影响，北京南—厦门北G323/2次、G325/4次、G355/6次，厦门—北京西K572次，北京南—天津西G9007次，天津西—北京南G8912次列车停运。今日，北京西—厦门列车停运。

新台风又要来
据气象台分析，“莫兰蒂”将以每小时20公里左右的速度向北偏西转偏北方向移动，并逐渐减弱。今天早上，“莫兰蒂”在减弱为热带低压。但受其影响，今明两天，福建、广东等8省市仍将遭遇强风雨天气。到今天，除江苏仍有强降雨外，上述地区的降雨将呈现偃旗息鼓的态势。
气象部门特别提醒，强降水可能带来山体滑坡、小流域山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害，公众尽量减少出行。
另据了解，紧随“莫兰蒂”之后，第16号台风“马勒卡”向台湾以东洋面靠近，最强或达超强台风级，17日起将影响台湾、浙江等东部沿海地区，带来大风降雨天气。国家防总已经发出通知，要求密切关注16号台风“马勒卡”发展动向，加强监测预报，及时发布预警信息，提前落实各项防范措施，做好海上作业船只和人员的防风防浪避险工作。
