TCL通讯9月14日公告称,控股股东TCL集团(000100.SZ)提出的私有化建议已在法院会议上获独立股东批准。计划生效后,预期股份自2016年9月30日下午4时正起在联交所主板撤销上市。
TCL通讯是TCL集团旗子公司,于2004年9月登陆联交所主板上市,停牌前其市值为70.8亿港元。TCL通讯主要从事TCL和Alcatel品牌移动终端的生产和销售,并为其用户提供互联网增值服务。
今年上半年,TCL通讯所推出的手机销量为3316万台,去年同期销量为3483万台,今年同比下滑4.8%;其中,智能手机销量1743万台,占比刚好超过50%,比去年同期的2088万台销量下滑16.5%。TCL通讯表示,出货量下滑是受海外手机市场低迷态势延续及TCL通讯中国区全面业务重组等因素的影响。

从上述数据还可以看出,TCL通讯所推出的智能手机销量下降了,而低端功能机销量反而不降上升,从去年上半年的1400万台到今年上半年的1600万台。
受此影响,TCL通讯推出的手机整体销售均价由去年同期的50.7美元下降至42.6美元(约合285元人民币)。
今年上半年,北美、欧洲及拉美市场作为TCL通讯的前三大市场,销售额合计占比为83.7%,其中北美市场凭借与运营商长期紧密的关系实现销售收入同比增长13.7%,欧洲和拉美市场受汇率波动及竞争加剧等影响,销售收入同比分别减少7.78%和21.4%;TCL通讯通过长期在公开市场及电商渠道的投入,亚太市场业绩持续改善,报告期内实现销售收入同比增长57.9%。
今年上半年,TCL通讯实现主营业务收入92.8亿元(109.3亿港元),同比下降11.8%;归属于母公司TCL集团的净利润为0.19亿元(0.22亿港元1),同比下降94.7%。
接下来,TCL通讯将深化与全球运营商的合作,加强公开渠道和线上渠道建设,巩固海外市场份额。
在国内被手机价格战打怕了
去年全年,TCL通讯在全球出货8355万台,其中国内销量933万台,占比11.2%,近九成都销往海外,是在海外手机销量最多的中国国产手机厂商。也就是说,相比海外十分抢眼的业绩,TCL通讯在国内要逊色不少。
今年上半年,TCL通讯的产品94.5%销往海外,在国内的表现更是下滑严重。TCL通讯在国内手机出货量由去年上半年的484万台下降至今年上半年的184万台,降幅高达62%,这个出货数量级,还不如华为、OPPO同期销量的零头,几乎可以用“全面溃败”来形容。
目前,TCL在国内仍然只被消费者当成是家电品牌,尤其是自各大中国国产手机厂商开打价格战以来,TCL通讯在国内市场几乎没有声音,TCL通讯也在试图摆脱这一困扰。
“我觉得国内只要有互联网公司捣蛋,价格战就不会停,因为他们的钱来得容易。”TCL通讯CEO郭爱平此前对腾讯科技表示,只有一种情况下这些公司才可能撑不住,就是资本市场不能持续对他们支撑的时候。
“中国好几个用互联网方式做手机的厂商,都吹嘘自己的价格就比物料成本还要低。如果消费者都相信这个消息,那肯定都不买我们的手机了,因为我们的手机是肯定要赚钱的。”
不过,郭爱平也不得不面对现实,因为在中国,并没有相应的法律法规禁止低于成本价销售手机。
据悉,TCL通讯在国内将会以线下为主,不会过多参与线上的赔钱血拼。其战略目标是,选择以中低端为切入口,通过与运营商合作以及电商渠道拓宽中国市场,随着不断积累,逐渐提升TCL品牌的美誉度,为中高端手机的良好销售打基础。
